Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimum availability of funds to meet regular operational and business needs
- Prepare and submit daily fund flow forecasting report comprising of fund requirements as well as actual fund disbursement status thereto
- Make sure that outlets get optimum retail to meet operational needs throughout the year
- Undertake all foreign currency payments are processed and paid timely complying with the regulations of Bangladesh Bank and submit monthly summary report of FC payment
- Ensure FC licenses are produced, updated and issued to stakeholders as per requirement
- Confirm monthly bank and card reconciliations are done correctly and dues are settled by next month and submit monthly summary reconciliation report
- Assure various promotional offers are properly communicated to all stakeholders, prepare and submit the campaign report showing the impact post the campaign
- Validate gift card and gift voucher-related activities are carried out and managed effectively and efficiently and submit various monthly business reports on gift cards/vouchers
- Actively contribute to the growth of the revenue by encouraging banks and NBFIs to provide various revenue-generating offers for Aarong throughout the year, selling GV to individual and corporate buyers, reducing MSF rate, optimizing Current Account balances etc.
- Keep up to date regarding various regulations issued by BB and other authorities such as Forex policies, PSD-issued guidelines, Export related issues, Retail money related issues etc.
- Maintain effective liaison with various commercial banks, Bangladesh bank, C&F agent, delivery partners etc. and follow up on various issues as and when required
- Verify and approve cash vouchers, third-party and producer’s vouchers and other bill vouchers within the limit of the manager.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A Graduate (preferably majoring in Accounting background) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in treasury management/ bank management/financial reporting or analysis-related roles in any relevant industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- CA – Application Level Passed / Ongoing are preferred
- Expertise in Accounting, Finance and Treasury management
- Knowledge on financial analysis and data mining
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management with time management and report writing skills
